ONE VANDERBILT TOUR

September 21, 2018

On Thursday September 27th, 2018, join the Harvard Alumni Architectural and Urban Society for a presentation and  hard hat tour of one of the most interesting and significant new developments in New York City – SL Green’s One Vanderbilt.

Set to become the tallest office tower in Midtown, One Vanderbilt will transform the New York City skyline and also the daily commutes of thousands of New Yorkers. The MTA’s new East Side Access and underground passages through the building will revamp the civic experience of the Grand Central District. More than any other development before it, One Vanderbilt will play an integral role in the city’s network of public transport through the merger of private enterprise and the public realm. An integrated complex of below grade conditions offers connections to the terminal, the new East Side Access and an active urban base. While on-site, attendees will get an exclusive look at the project and tour its current status of construction.

Please note, as the building still under construction proper safety gear will be required of all attendees.  All registrants are responsible to wear boots and bring their own hard hat and safety vest.

Tickets: $15
