152 ELIZABETH STREET TOUR

June 2, 2019

Join the Harvard Alumni Architectural and Urban Society for a tour of 152 Elizabeth Street, a luxury condominium building designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando, in collaboration with Michael Gabellini of Gabellini Sheppard Associates on the building’s interiors.

Located at the corner of Kenmare and Elizabeth Street in Nolita, the building is Ando’s first project in New York. The seven-story building “part concrete, part jewel box” incorporates materials that are Ando hallmarks:  poured-in-place concrete, galvanized steel, voluminous glass, and natural elements including multiple water features and green walls.

The tour will be led by Kenny Eybs of the Foundations Group, an affiliate of the project’s developers, Sumaida + Khurana. Due to the limited capacity for attendees per tour, HAAUS will be conducting tours on the following dates:

Friday, June 14 - 4:00 - 5:00PM

Friday, June 21 - 4:00 - 5:00PM

LOCATION

152 Elizabeth Street, Ground Floor Lobby

New York, NY 10012
